A $70 minimum for individual services and advanced payment is required when booking an appointment.
- To secure your mobile nail services or massages, advanced booking and nonrefundable payment are required. For group bookings and events, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We encourage you to reserve your spot 2 to 3 weeks in advance, and during the summer months, 3 to 4 weeks in advance during the busy summer months to ensure availability. Please note that all payments are final, and refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- We highly suggest you reserve your dates/times and guest count ASAP to ensure availability and adequate staffing.
- The service cost doesn’t include a travel surcharge or gratuity
- All payments are final. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards which are kept confidential and secure through our online booking system.
- Deposits, travel, and a 25% gratuity are required for group bookings (such as Corporate, Spa Parties, and Special Events), and the final payment is due one week before your event. Your final guest count will need to be given. There are no refunds. We are happy to move your booking.
- During bad weather conditions, which require Labella Mobile Nail Spa to cancel, we will promptly reschedule your service to the best of our ability.
- If you are staying in a hotel, or a hospital parking fees will be applied to the payment amount.
- We require a credit card or debit card payment on arrival for service add-ons, if payment isn’t made upfront, we will not be able to service those additional guests.
- We have a no-refund policy, meaning all deposits and payments are forfeited. All payments for bookings are final. This also includes memberships and gift certificates.
